The Courthouse Deli’s salads are handcrafted to order.

Courthouse Special: Romaine lettuce tossed with mixed greens, shredded jack cheese, apples, grapes, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, crisp bacon and grilled chicken breast served with your choice of dressing.

Classic Cobb Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with mixed greens, chopped bacon, sliced hard-boiled egg, fresh tomatoes, shredded jack cheese, homemade seasoned croutons and grilled chicken breast served with your choice of salad dressing.

Chef Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with mixed greens, chopped bacon with hardboiled egg, Fresh tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, a blend of julienne Turkey breast, Ham, shredded jack cheese, homemade seasoned croutons, served with your choice of salad dressing.

Classic Chicken Caesar Salad: Romaine leaf lettuce tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing served with seasoned croutons, fresh grated parmesan cheese, and grilled chicken.

Garden Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, green peppers, sliced hardboiled egg, fresh tomatoes, homemade seasoned croutons, served with choice of salad dressing.      Extras -  Grilled Chicken or Tuna Salad.

Asian Chicken Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with mixed greens, sliced green peppers, snow peas, sliced mandarin oranges, and grilled chicken breast. Topped with orange glaze and sliced almonds. Served with a sesame ginger dressing.

Southwest Chicken Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with mixed greens, black beans, roasted red peppers, roasted corn, shredded cheddar Jack cheese and grilled chicken breast, topped with crumbled tortilla chips. Served with a creamy southwest dressing.

Antipasto Salad: Sliced cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, sweet peppers, pickles, sliced onions, provolone cheese, imported Ham, salami, Capicola, and a scoop of fresh tuna. Served with your choice of salad dressing.
