The owner, Tina, has been in the food service business since the 1980's.  She maintains the highest standards for quality, service and cleanliness.

Tina believes the "best recipe" for the Courthouse Deli is to use only the finest ingredients to make the most soul warming soups, sandwiches to "die for", and  wraps with the most delicious and unique taste experiences that you will ever have.
